Morning, Traders!
We hope you enjoyed the holiday period.
It is Tuesday the 26th of December, here are some things to look out for today.
Sentiment
Contracts on the S&P 500 rose 0.1% and Nasdaq 100 futures climbed 0.2% in the morning in New York. US equity futures edged higher as trading resumed after the Christmas holiday, signalling that US stocks will likely extend gains after scoring their longest run of advances in six years, while deals boosted shares of some companies in premarket trading. The S&P 500 rose for eight straight weeks before the holiday amid investor expectations for earlier and deeper interest rate cuts next year.
