Welcome, Traders!
Today is Tuesday the 13th of June or Wednesday the 14th of June, depending on where you are.
Here are some things to look out for in the session.
Sentiment:
The US dollar index fell to its lowest level in over a month after important CPI data met expectations and showed a slowing in inflation. The data increased forecasts that the Federal Reserve will hold off on raising interest rates on Wednesday, while decreasing estimates that the central bank will reduce rates this year. The Japanese yen was the only G-10 currency to lose value versus the dollar as US rates rose throughout the curve.
