Unilever, the creator of Dove soap, announced two changes to its top leadership on Wednesday, bringing in new employees to replace its chief legal and chief supply chain officers.

Ecclissato, like Engel, has worked with Unilever for over 30 years, with experience in both developed and emerging regions, according to the business.

After a transition period, Engel will leave the organization in April 2022.

Maria Varsellona, general counsel and company secretary of technology giant ABB, has been named as the business's new chief legal officer, according to the FTSE-listed company.

Varsellona will take over for Ritva Sotamaa, who announced her retirement in March 2022.
