A measure of the dollar's strength fell, reversing an earlier gain after the US employment cost index rose less than expected, adding to signs of slower inflation and cementing the case for the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates more slowly this week. Treasury yields in the United States fell, with the front end of the curve leading the way.
