Sentiment
A measure of the strength of the US dollar fell to its lowest level in a month as expectations grew that the Federal Reserve would be more cautious at its policy meeting this week. Short-term US Treasuries swung in a wide range after a week of wild swings, with the two-year rate rising by more than 10 basis points. The New Zealand dollar and the Swiss franc were two of the worst-performing currencies in the Group of Ten.
