As the Federal Reserve raised interest rates by a quarter percentage point and changed its language regarding the outlook for future monetary-policy tightening, the dollar dropped against all of its Group of 10 counterparts, and Treasury yields fell. The Norwegian krone and the euro both rose more than 1% on Wednesday.
