Welcome, Traders!

Here are some things to look out for in the session.

Sentiment:

As debt-limit talks in Washington remained in focus, a gauge of the dollar's strength extended advances into a fourth day, the longest winning streak since October. Nevertheless, traders have fully priced in another quarter-point raise by the Fed in the next two policy sessions, with 2-year Treasury yields rising. The yen fell below 140 per dollar for the first time since late November, highlighting differing views for monetary policy in Japan and the United States.
