Good Morning Traders!
It is Wednesday 24th of May, here are some things to look out for:

Sentiment
This morning, UK government bonds fell after a UK inflation report revealed that consumer prices rose faster than expected last month, prompting traders to predict that the Bank of England will raise interest rates further.
The New Zealand dollar fell, leading losses among G-10 currencies after the country's central bank indicated a pause in its tightening cycle.

According to economists, the minutes of the May 2-3 FOMC meeting will likely reveal that concern about credit conditions convinced most Fed officials to signal an impending rate pause.

US House Speaker McCarthy left the US Capitol late Tuesday afternoon, saying the two parties had yet to reach an agreement to avoid the country's first-ever default, and a top lieutenant said no more meetings were planned.
