The US dollar held ground as investors await data on the labor market, house prices, and consumer confidence to gauge the direction of interest rates. Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell reiterated at Jackson Hole last week that the central bank is watching data closely to decide whether it needs to tighten policy further.
